Alright everyone here should know how Naruto Arena works. It's essentially the same game with Dragonball Characters.
We have Ki instead of Chakra. Ki types will be, Physical (Green), Unique (Red), Energy (Blue), and Mental (White).
To unlock more characters in game, you must complete quests. There are ranks in the system but organized into sagas.

Saiyan Saga
Namek Saga
Ginyu Saga
Frieza Saga
Future Trunks Saga
Androids Saga
Imperfect Cell Saga
Cell Saga
Cell Games Saga
World Tournament Saga
Majin Buu Saga
Kid Buu Saga
That's how that breaks down. I'm not playing with the code so don't ask me about the code right now of how they actually all break down into percentages.
Each Saga will determine which quests you can do. It will be in the quests requirements as to which saga you must be in.
